Reporting to the Supervisor, Sales & Services the incumbents will be responsible for implementing customer service standards, provide advice, process application to open/close accounts and loan application under Bank and third party loans schemes in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Implement customer service processes, procedures and standards.
Open/Close accounts and loan applications according to set procedures and standards.
Efficiency and accuracy in processing loan applications and compliance with procedures.
Recommend loan approval.
Monitor and analyze loan trends and propose changes to the processes, systems and procedures.
Demonstrate product knowledge and usage to client.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidates must be/have the following:
Diploma in Banking/Accounting/ Finance or equivalent in a related field.
Degree will be an advantage.
Three years post qualification experience in sales environment.
