Comedian Penene Ponono Says Vee Owes Him Money, His Bouncers Assaulted Him
Comedian Penene Ponono who got signed by The Black Money Makers not so long ago has told the media that the award winning Vee Mampeezy owes him money and says his bouncers assaulted him when he asked for the money.
The two bumped into each other at an artist’s album launch in Gaborone, where, after exchanging heated words, he was beaten up by Vee’s bouncer.
“After approaching him, his bouncers attacked me and slapped me around.” He told The Voice newspaper.
Penene, who won President’s Day Comedy and Drama competition last year has said that Vee took him on board and engaged his services saying he will pay but things went south when he asked for the payment.
Mampeezy has however denied having anything to do with the assault adding that the young man wants to extract money from him.
