JOB PURPOSE
. Reports directly to the Executive Chef.
Prepares food according to the standards to maintain quality, nutrition
and hygiene standards.
. Participate in stock taking.
Reports for maintenance of equipment in the kitchen.
. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
. A minimum of certificate of in food preparation and cooking culinary
arts, trade B or an equivalent.
. At least 2 years experience in the catering industry.
. Drivers license will be an added advantage.
