Breakthrough in Kopong murder incident

Law enforcement officers have arrested three suspects in connection with an incident in
which a 48-year-old woman was allegedly murdered on the 14h July 2022 at Kopong.

The suspects are two Batswana men aged 45 and 49, both from Kopong and a Motswana
woman aged 42 of Metsimotihabe. The trio was arrested yesterday (15/07/2022) and
earlier today (16/07/2022).
Investigations into the matter are ongoing whilst the suspects are in police custody.
