Botswana To Play Angola For Independence Day Celebrations
The Botswana Football Association has confirmed that the Zebras will play Angola for the 50th Anniversary Independence Celebrations. Originally Botswana was to play Nigeria, but this was since reviewed on the advice of #BOT50 on account of the budget.
Zebras have shown themselves to be a highly competitive unit over the last years, we might have lost a spot in the upcoming 2017 COSAFA games, but we are a force to be reckoned with. Angola though also holds it’s own,so we are anticipating a thrill of a match.
The Zebras are scheduled to go into camp a week ahead of the match. We hope that the boys will do us proud and make the golden jubilee more fantastic. Tickets prices and venue have not yet been released, as it is still at initial stage. Let us go and rally behind our team.
