Botswana Still Among Unhappiest Countries On Earth – UN Report
The United Nations’ (UN) World Happiness Report 2018 has ranked Botswana as one of the least happiest countries in the world.
The Report was released on the 14th of March at a launch event at the Pontifical Academy of Sciences in the Vatican, ranked Botswana at 146 out of 156 countries.
The least happiest countries on Earth are:

Leading the happiness rankings is Finland, which has been declared the happiest country on Earth.

The World Happiness Report is an annual publication of United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network that contains rankings of national happiness and analysis of the data from various perspectives.
It measures “subjective well-being” – how happy people feel they are, and why.
The report ranks 156 countries by their happiness levels, and the 2018 Report also ranked 117 countries by the happiness of their immigrants.
