Botswana-South Africa Embrace Cultural Diplomacy

The four day celebrations of 28 years of Diplomatic Relations between Botswana and South Africa culminated with a Fashion Show at the Three Dikgosi Monument, in Gaborone last night. In celebrating the cultures of the two countries, fashion designers from Botswana and South Africa showcased their designs modeled by Botswana models. The programme included performances by musical artists from Botswana. During the event, High Commissioners of Botswana and South Africa underscored the importance of cultural diplomacy in strengthening bilateral ties between the two countries.
