- Business Processes Optimisation – Intern (2 Year Contract) *2
Main Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the Process Optimisation Specialist, the incumbent will be assisting in Business Process Analysis and Process Improvement through the provision of quality process mapping, modelling, reporting, analysis, audits and the development of plans and programmes that will support continuous improvement within BoFiNet.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange and organise resources for Process Improvement Meetings and workshops
• Identify new approaches and solutions to business issues identified through analysis of processes
• Gather requirements, develop specifications, assist in documenting new processes, facilitate testing, training, user acceptance and rollout of the optimised processes
• Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance

Academic Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have attained the following:
Operations Management and Business Information Systems/Applied Business Computing/Industrial Engineering Degree.
