1.2 Main Accountabilities
• Produce daily,weekly,monthly sales performance reports that will be used by retail leadership to manage sales performance and productivity
• Produce the monthly retail branch scorecard and premier segment performance reports
• Produce reports on acquisition performance; spend analysis, balance sheet and portfolio performance, card processing statistics and card acquiring performance
• Responsible for producing and sharing with the sales team various system generated leads, as well as tracking the execution of all provided leads
• Track performance of all retail sales and product campaigns
• Produce periodical analysis on customer product holding and cross sell
• Pick any data integrity/quality issues within the system and highlight segments to rectify
1.3 Technical skills
• Highly analytical mindset
• ability to create MI by processing raw data tables using tools like SAS,SQL,MS access and present them using MS Excel spreadsheet and pivot tables
• ability to learn very fast ability to understand and compile MI very fast and processing using spreadsheet
• ability to mobilize organization
• professional credibility with top management structure
• good presentation skills for senior management presentations
1.4 Experience and Qualification
• Relevant bachelor degree
• Advanced MS excel skills and basic programming skills to process data using SQL,SAS or MS Access
• Engineering, management or relevant technical background which will enable the candidate to understand and process data and numbers easily.
• Experience in data warehouse knowledge will be a plus
