AR Holdings (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Stock Controller who can handle stock in the operation and ensure that stock accuracy in maintained daily. The successful candidate will be a committed, well organised individual, who is not afraid of a challenge.
Qualifications And Skills:
• BGCSE and Diploma in Supply Chain Management or an associated field.
• 3 year post graduate relevant experience.
• Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels.
Responsibilities
• Ensure that all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for purchasing and the “in-stock” levels within the agreed inventory parameters.
• Oversee and assume responsibility for the POS system and electronic ordering system.
• Ensure that stock counts are carried out as per shop specifications.
• Maintain stock count reports.
• Ensure that stock is recounted it variances are identified.
• Ensure all stock queries are resolved within 24 hours.
• Ensure that all discrepancies in terms of product condition, product codes and quantity are escalated to the relevant authorities.
• Ensure that the stock within the shop is in the correct location and matches that of stock on the stock keeping system.
• Conduct stock take preparation and reconciliations.
• Handle all products in a manner which maintains the condition of the stock and its packaging.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
