Former undergraduate students, who have been away from the university for a period less than 10 semesters (five academic years), are invited to apply in order to enroll in January 2016. This includes former students who: previously withdrew with or without due notice; failed and discontinued and have been away from the university for at least one semester; failed and excluded and have been away from the university for at least four semesters.

Students in other academic institutions who wish to transfer to UB, are also informed that they may apply to enroll in January 2016, provided they have completed and passed at least one year of their undergraduate study programme.

Prospective applicants are to make their applications online through the ‘’STUDY AT UB” link on the University of Botswana website: http://www.ub.bw. Prospective applicants may use any Internet facility available to them to apply.
The Step-By-Step Guide on online application is available online, hard copies of which can be obtained UB Undergraduate Admissions office at Main Campus in Gaborone.

In processing applications for the January 2016 intake, UB would like applicants to take note of the following:
· Applications can be made online from 2nd November 2015 to 11th December 2015.
· Applications will be processed to determine eligibility, the outcome of which will be communicated to the applicants accordingly.
· Applicants should ensure that they provide correct personal email address and cellphone numbers as the outcome of their applications will mainly be communicated through such means of communication.
