RECEPTIONIST /FRONT DESK OFFICER
POSITION SUMMARY:
You are an integral and important gatekeeper to the workplace. You are required to be pro – active and solution based.The receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, perform various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth flow of information.
SUMMARY OF ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Welcome visitors, answering the phone or referring inquiries
2. Maintain safe and clean reception
3. Assist in General Office Procurement
4. Administrative and office support
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Strong Customer focus
2. Good interpersonal skills
3. Execution and Delivery
4. Excellent spoken English and Setswana
5. Excellent written English
6. High Computer literacy
QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum qualification Secretarial Studies, Office Administration or relevant field
2. Relevant work experience will be an added advantage
3. Well versed in managing multiple line phone system and handling multiple incoming calls simultaneously
