Events Assistant
Roles:
. Organize event documentation- checklists before and after the event.
. Actively participate in quarterly inventory stock take.
. Assist with set up and tear down of events.
. Largely perform ad hoc duties as required by their manager and supervisors.
Inventory Keeper
Roles:
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing
orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems,
. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of
inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
. Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves,
. Approves invoices for payments.
. Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
. Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and
assisting customers.
Requirements
Must have a class B drivers licence
Minimum 2 years experience
Qualifications
O’ levels, BGCSE, IGCSE. Applications for both should be
accompanied by copies of certificates, ID, references and CV.
