Working closely under the direction of the Operations and Finance Managers, the Administrative Assistant will provide office support services to enable I-TECH to deliver quality service to it’s partners and stakeholders.
Duties
●Monitor reception desk to receive guests, packages,phones calls.
●Provide support for meetings, coordinate vehicle bookings and other logistics
●Assist the Operations Manager with day to day administrative activities
●Assist in management of mail, supplies, equipment, travel, logistics, mailing lists, paper and electronic filing, engaging IT support and issues related to safety and security
●Receive and record procurement invoices and documentation
●Prepare cheques/EFT payment vouchers/wire transfers and distributes payments
Qualifications
●Certificate level in Secretarial, Administrative Studies or related field
●At least 2 – 3 years’ experience within related field at a similar level
●Experience in procurement and purchasing
●Fluent in English and Setswana with excellent interpersonal skills
●Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, email and QuickBooks or related accounting software
