Overview
The role of an Administration assistant is to provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of a functional area.
The individual will primarily be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Scanning of documents
- Indexing of documents
- Image quality Checking
- Acrm updates
- Curm updates
- Admin duties
- CIS maintenance
Qualifications and Experience:
- Appropriate Diploma in Business.
- 2-3 years relevant experience in an administrative area.
Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales and results oriented.
- Persuasive, Resilient with strong negotiation Skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to listen and probe effectively to determine customers’ real needs.
- Adheres to turn-around times/deadlines.
