Overview

The role of an Administration assistant is to provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of a functional area.

The individual will primarily be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

  • Scanning of documents
  • Indexing of documents
  • Image quality Checking
  • Acrm updates
  • Curm updates
  • Admin duties
  • CIS maintenance

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Appropriate Diploma in Business.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in an administrative area.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales and results oriented.
  • Persuasive, Resilient with strong negotiation Skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to listen and probe effectively to determine customers’ real needs.
  • Adheres to turn-around times/deadlines.
