Admin /Service Manager Wanted At Bidvest Steiner
Founded in 1954, Bidvest Steiner has grown into a national company with over 30 branches throughout Southern Africa. They provide a range of health and hygiene services from washroom accessory rentals to deep cleaning, dust control, pest control as well as hygiene, cleaning and office consumables sales. The company is looking for an admin/service manager to join them.
Key Objectives
● Responsible for the management of service staff and costs while ensuring on going customer satisfaction
Education
●Degree in LogisticsManagement /Associated Human Resources Management
Experience
●5 years experience in service environment
Other Requirements
●Computer literacy
●Valid driver’s licence
●Understand of financial figures
●ability to work under pressure
List Of Tasks
●Full responsibility pf service within the branch
●Asset Management
●Liaising with customers
●Supervision of loading and uploading of stock carriages
●Continuously maintaining contracts inclusions and circulating stock
●Manage installations, maintenance tickets and withdrawals
●Ordering of stock
●Manage staff in the distribution department
●Weekly service staff meetings
