A Police Officer Fatally Shoots His Colleague

Botswana Police Service is investigating an incident in which a Police Officer fatally shot his colleagues at Sese
Veterinary gate near Serule village before turning the gun on himself yesterday evening.

The 34 year old male Constable of Ramokgwebana village shot dead a female counterpart aged 36 of Bokaa
village, before shooting and wounding a male Police Sergeant aged 56 of Tatisiding village using a service rifle. The
officer later turned the gun on himself.
The Sergeant is recuperating at Nyangabgwe Referral Hospital.
