BONU has a current membership of approximately 4800 nurses, which is just over half of the practising nursing workforce in Botswana. This national mouthpiece for nurses is looking for 3 temporary administration assistants to join their organization.
Main Purpose Of The Job
1.Collections,(Membership Subscriptions/Scheme,Loans/Mobile Phone Schemes etc).
2.Prepare refunds
3.Managing data for all entry points (membership schemes,and other projects)
4.Reconcile monthly collections.
5.Follow monthly collections
6.Filing
Qualification
.Tertiary Qualification
Experience
1. 3 to 4 years work experience
2.Computer Literate
3.Competent in Word and Excel..
4.Uphold excellent customer service
Advantage
1.Valid Driver’s license
2.Experience in Collection department.
