Ministers Tour Old Rainbow Mine to Address Illegal Mining Activities

Minister for State President, Honourable Moeti Caesar Mohwasa, and Minister of Environment and Tourism, Honourable Winter Mmolotsi, who also serves as Member of Parliament for Francistown South, toured the Old Rainbow Mine near Matsiloje Village yesterday, March 17, 2025. The visit was aimed at assessing the extent of ongoing illegal mining activities in the area and exploring effective interventions to curb the problem.
