12 State Of The Art Grain Silos Launched

Jubilations and happiness were the order of the day at Pandamatenga village this morning when His Excellency Dr. Mokgweetsi Eric Keabetswe Masisi, The President of the Republic of Botswana officially launched the 12 state of the Art Pandamatenga grain silos.

Speaking during the launch His Excellency Dr. Mokgweetsi E.K. Masisi highlighted that the newly built grain silos tripped the storage capacity of farm produce from 30 000 metric tonnes to a total of 90 000 metric tonnes.

President Masisi stated that it is the Government’s role to support and uplift it’s citizens lives and the Pandamatenga Silos Project contributes significantly to the country’s long term food and security initiative.

The project was awarded to a consortium of Batswana companies and was constructed at a tune of P170 million
