Botswana Ombudsman Signs MoU with African Ombudsman & Mediators Association Ahead of International Ombuds Expo

In a significant move to bolster the role of ombudsmen and mediators across Africa, the Botswana Ombudsman has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the African Ombudsman & Mediators Association (AOMA).
