The Permanent Secretary for the Ministry for State President Ms Goitsemang Morekisi this afternoon signed Performance Agreements and Performance Development Plans with the Ministry Leadership for the Financial Year 2024/2025. It is important to begin the year with contracts signing as;
•These Performance Agreements do define accountability for ministerial goals and help its Executives align their daily operations to these goals.
•Performance Agreements just like Performance Development Plans, define individual employee performance expectations and establish results-oriented goals.
•They are also important tools for clarifying and setting individual and ministerial objectives, monitoring and performance; promoting a link between the ministry departmental strategic objectives and individual performance objectives as well as supporting effective staff development.
