Honourable Minister Thomas Kagiso Mmusi hosted his counterpart Major General Albert Murasira, the Honourable Minister of Defence of the Republic of Rwanda to sign a Memorandum of Agreement on Defence Cooperation on the 24th of August 2022.
After the signing ceremony, the Honourable Ministers exchanged gifts at the reception; coincidentally the gifts narrated cultures of the two Parties.
