Lamworld Technologies seeks an individual who will act as a liaison between multiple
departments to promote synergy aimed at smoothening the business processes.
The candidate will have to be ready to learn the internal processes, apply their ingenuity to
identify and apply efficiencies and improve communication. Therefore, the candidate
must possess organizational skills, commitment to work, responsibility to be entrusted
with confidential information, and keen attention to detail (amongst other essential skills).
Duties
Receives and handles requests from customers for price quotes, purchase orders,
order adjustments, and order cancellations.
Builds rapport with customers and works to ensure they receive excellent service.
Uses database to retrieve necessary customer information, inventory information,
and purchase order status.
Provides pricing and other order information to customers.
Drafts purchase orders and invoices to submit to the accounting department.
Maintains files of active orders and updates with changes to customer accounts or
orders.
As required, confirms the credit status of customers with the financial/credit
department.
Performs other related duties, as assigned by different departments.
QUALIFICATION
Degree in Business, Accounting, Management, or Finance
