JB is hiring a HR Assistant

JB is looking for an HR Assistant to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR Department and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Department
▪ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing,recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
▪ Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
▪ Assist with day-to-day HR operations, functions, and duties
▪ Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
▪ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves etc.)
▪ Properly handle grievances and complaints procedures
▪ Handling employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
▪ Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
▪ Conduct orientation to newly hired employees

▪ Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
▪ Excellent organizational skills

▪ PC literacy (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
QUALIFICATIONS
▪ Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or related field
▪ At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position and environment.
▪ Driver’s license will be an added advantage
