Key Responsibilities
Document management
– Upload of invoices
Collection of WHT from the property managers and uploading those
Document management of all files
Updating all expense and WHT sheets, and other sheets as required
office management
Kitchen inventory control

– Running errands
Oversee, support, and manage project delivery
Manage day-to-day operations
setting up systems and processes so that the staff are aware of how the office
operates
Focused on the personal and professional development of their team
Issuing electricity and water tokens
Handling petty cash
General administration
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration
Computer literate
Word, Excel, Google Docs
Effective communicator
Good customer relations
– 2 years Experience
