A certificate of proficiency in short-term insurance (IISA or IAB or
equivalent).
One year experience in sales or client services environment preferred.
At least one year experience selling short-term insurance products in a
business market.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Good oral & written communication skills

Roles and respons
-Handle and manage inbound customer calls
Answer customer enquiries regarding products and services
-Maintain a database of customer calls their needs and requirements.
-Ensure that all policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary
inspections and the completion of appropriate forms.
Prepare sales reports.
Develop and maintain business relationships with policyholders.
Ensure that client understands the extent and terms of their coverage.
