Main Purpose of the Job:
The upkeep of the Commissioning Manager / Chief Executive Officer’s office which includes providing a full range of secretarial and office management services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Writes minutes, prepares reports and presentations
•Manages CMs databases and filing systems
•Organises and plans meetings and business trips
Requirements
Qualifications Required:
•Degree in Business Management/ Secretarial Studies or related field.
Experience:
•At least five (5) years relevant post qualification experience
