The incumbent is responsible for championing and managing the customer
experience and quality of service the customer will receive in the
banking hall whilst adhering to the Bank’s values.
experience and qualifications
Certificate in Marketing ( Sales and Services).
Botswana Institute of Bankers Diploma being an added advantage.
Minimum of 4 years experience in a banking environment with exposure to the frontline.

Assess customer needs and facilitate the resolution thereof.
Implementation and maintenance of Bank’s Service Plan, Standards and Service Targets.
Queue Management.
Channel Migration.
Adherence to service standards.
Lead generation.
Management of customer complaints.
Coach frontline staff to provide the appropriate experience to customers.
Management of relevant complaints.
Stock control of marketing material.
