MERCHANDISERS WANTED!
Reporting to: Sales Representatives
Area: Gaborone
Responsibilities include:
- Stock: counting, replenishment, rotation, ordering
- Ensure stock is clean, visible and accurately priced
- In-store promotions on wide range of products
- Communication with Line Supervisor & Store Managers
Minimum Requirements:
- Form 5 Certificate (BGCSE)
- At least 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing
- Experience in FMCG
- No criminal record
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
Core Competencies:
- Good communication skills (oral & written)
- Planning ability
- Independent worker and thinker
- Time-management skills
- Experience on how to place orders & manage stock
