Vacancy- Operations And Maintenance Manager Wanted At Sahara Stones Hotel

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Manage and supervise the running of the bar and restaurant (including stock control)
• Plan and manage all maintenance works carried out in the property
• Manage all projects, with regards to property extensions and renovations
• Manage and improve the set-up of health and safety procedures and systems
• Supervise, train and make improvements to the existing operation systems/procedures

You will have relevant experience and expertise in the following areas:

• At least 5 years at a managerial level
• General experience in the running of a bar, restaurant (including stock control)
• Extensive knowledge in building/plumbing/electrical maintenance works
• Knowledge and experience in health and safety issues (including First Aid)
• Knowledge and experience in Project Management
• Applicants with experience of having operated own business and with knowledge of all elements of a business operation, will be favourably considered
