Sprint Couriers is seeking a driven, creative, results-oriented individuals to feel in the below vacant post;
1. Customer service Agent
2. Courier (Class B licence) and
3. Motor Bike Rider with class B licence
As a customer service Agent you will be responsible for:
➢ Resolving complaints and answers questions of customers regarding services and procedures.
➢ Receiving requests for courier services, logs pick up details and liaise with operations to ensure that couriers are directed to customers.
➢ Advising customers on services available associated rates and proactively market the company through telephone sales.
➢ Arranging shipments in order of destination
➢ Monitoring compliance to customer requirements and maintain contact list
Minimum requirements:
➢ At least an advanced diploma in business administration or related field from a recognised institution
➢ Class B drivers licence is an added advantage
➢ Fluent in English both written and spoken
➢ Minimum one year experience dealing with customers
Courier and motor bike rider minimum requirements
➢ At least a BGCSE qualification
➢ Minimum 2 years’ experience
