RECEPTIONIST ( 3 Year Renewable Contract)

Main Purpose of the Job:

Reporting to the Senior Facilities Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for effectively operating multi-line switchboard, and receive and direct the organisation’s visitors and documents

Academic Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have attained the following:
• BGCSE/IGCSE plus diploma in secretarial studies
• Minimum of two (2) years post qualification experience in an office, clerical or receptionist environment
• Operational knowledge of switchboards and basic computer literacy
