Overview
The Ministry of Nationality, Immigration and Gender Affairs exists to safeguard national identity, facilitate movement across borders and insure equality among women and men.

Salary: D2 (P238,668 – P263,508) per annum.
Leave: 30 working days per annum.
Benefits:
i.Optional Contributory Medical Aid Scheme (BPOMAS) – Government pays 50% and employee pays 50%
ii.Contributory Pension Scheme for Permanent and Pensionable staff (Government pays 15% and employee pays 5%)
Qualifications
To be considered for appointment, applicants must have at least a degree in Human Resources Management or Public Administration, Industrial relations or Strategy Management or Business Administration.
Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience as Chief Administration Officer I or 10 years relevant experience.
Main Purpose of the Job
To coordinate human resources function of: recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations and other human resource management issues.
Duties
- Provides advice and guidance on interpretation of human resource management policies to customers
- Monitors compliance to human resource management policies
- Prepares manpower estimates
- Facilitates recruitment related processes
- Analysis and shortlists candidates for interviews
- Attends to staff welfare issues
- Resolves staff grievances
- Administers disciplinary cases
- Facilitates the implementation of the anti-corruption strategy
