Security Compliance and Control Officer Wanted At De Beers Group Of Companies. The individual is required to use materials, equipment, tools, information and energy to turn inputs into outputs along a known pathway

Purpose of Role

The main purpose of this role is to engage in activities aimed at ensuring the quality of delivery of physical security, CCTV surveillance, access control and personnel security within DBGSS.

Skills /Knowledge

●Excellent communication, organizational and numeric literacy skills
●Good understanding of CCTV surveillance methodologies and protocols
●Proven experience of configuring and administering access control systems
●Awareness of risk management techniques and methodology
●Ability to use Microsoft excel and Ms Project
●Working knowledge of alarm systems
●Experience in building effective relationships across cultures and organizations
●Team player

Qualifications and Experience

●BGCSE
●Certification in CCTV surveillance with proven experience of surveillance techniques and methodology will be a distinct advantage
●Good understanding of legislation pertaining to CCTV surveillance on regard to data protection and human rights
●Considerable and proven experience of configuring and administering access control systems
