Franco Goes To Babylon

“Who is ready to go to Babylon with me on the 1st of April?” asked Frank Lesokwane who is on the verge of launching his latest album titled, ‘E ya le nna Babilone.’ After a while with no hit, this album might just be what Batswana have been waiting for from Franco.

Babilone is the title track of the album which has already been released. The album will be launched next weekend at Fora Park in Kumakwane. Among others at the launch will be the likes of Vee, Jeff Matheatau, Mahempe, Mingo, Ditiro and many more.

Franco made an impact in the music industry after turning solo in the early 2000s. His star however shone brighter when he released ‘Bantatola Ke Tshela’ in 2001. Franco continued to release a series of hits which included among others ‘Tipi ya Mokwatla’ and ‘Tshutshu Makgala’ thus establishing himself as a force to reckon with. This album might just win back the hearts of lost fans.
