43 Temporary Field Supervisors Wanted At Gender Affairs Department

Gender Affairs Department will be conducting a Botswana Relationship Survey. The aim of the survey is to provide updated information and data on socioeconomic dynamics pf relationships in the 16 districts of Botswana. The findings from the research are expected to inform and strengthen implementation strategies for ideal relationships. The Department wishes to recruit individuals for the posts of Temporary Field Supervisors (43 posts). The posts are tenable all over the country.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Statistics, Population Studies, Demography, Business Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences or any other relevant qualification.

Work Experience

Applicants must have previous experience in survey supervision.

Main Purpose Of The Job

To supervise fields assistants collecting data duties during the National Relationship Study 2017 as well as handling administrative duties.

Key Performance Areas

• Will be responsible for troubleshooting field information and applying appropriate response methods.
• Will conduct regular spot checks on progress made by fields assistants.
• Will be responsible for data monitoring and compiling field reports.
• Will perform other study related duties as assigned by the study manager.
