Responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating all learning and training interventions in the Bank in order to enhance service delivery and minimize losses.
Qualifications and Experience
●Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
●BQA accreditation will be an added advantage
●Five (5) years general banking experience with at least two (2) years of which should have been in a supervisory position in the Learning and Development
●Planning and Organizing skills
●Excellent Interpersonal skills
●Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
●Eye for detail
