Now that we are still on the minds of many courtesy of our Golden Jubilee, this might be the right chance for the world to know at least the basics of our language, Setswana. Setswana is one of the Bantu languages, it is spoken mostly in Southern Africa in countries like Botswana, South Africa and Namibia. An app has been created to help foreign people to get to know our beautiful language.
This app will help visitors from outside Botswana to communicate with the segment of the Botswana population that speak less English or do not know English at all. The app contains the following; adverbs of dime, asking for prices, days, days activities, dialogues, expressions, family, food items, names of places, negation, nouns, pronouns, questions and commands, verbs, and weather.
The App is the brainchild of Keneilwe Mohutsiwa for Project 120. Download the App here—> http://bit.ly/2cM4pWo
