The incumbent will be responsible for managing the store as well as Sales Assistants. He/she will be responsible for receiving stock, setting up displays and assisting customers and staff.
Requirements
• FORM-5/BGCSE/O-LEVEL Certificate
• 1 Year working experience in a retail environment

Responsibilities
• Greeting customers who visit store
• Stock control and management
• Assisting customers with finding products they are looking for
• Providing customers with thorough product information
• Stocking shelves with merchandise
• Answering customer queries
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
• Keeping the store tidy and clean
• Dealing with customer complaints and escalating them to the Supervisor where need be
• Responsible for security within the store
• Receiving and storing of stock
• Ensuring that stock levels are recorded daily
• Keeping up to date with special Store promotions and putting up displays
Competencies.
• Good customer service
• Fluent in both English and Setswana
• Ability to follow procedures correctly, such as using a till
• Energetic and eager to learn
