“My Journey Is Far From Over”, Isaac Makwala.
If there is one man who deserve to be commended, it’s Isaac Makwala. This man never gets the recognition that he deserves,he is always on the shadows of other athletes, yet he gives as good as they do,even better. He was undoubtedly the best man on that relay team, and as a true fighter, he told his fans there is more to come from him.
“Just like every athlete here in Rio I came with a goal and a dream, unfortunately mine didn’t materialize however I will not despair, I have gone through every comment and inbox here and I sincerely appreciate your support guys.” Badman said. He also appreciated being on the field with international champions and regards that as a blessing.
“My journey does not end here, it is far from over,” Badman said, contrary to people who no longer believe anything good can come out of Team Botswana. ” I will like to appreciate the team that made it here to represent the country, even with so many critiques and doubts the team stayed strong and determined.” Makwala noted that as much as we can not all win at the same time, we do know for sure the future will hold better results for us. The team is expected to arrive there on the 23rd August 2016.
