The BPL DC will deliver the judgement in the case between Mochudi Centre Chiefs and Township Rollers over the registration of Ofentse Nato this evening at Lekidi Football Centre in Gaborone. When the case was adjourned last Thursday, both clubs were asked to make submissions by February 29 (that is yesterday).

We just hope the case gets to the merits today because last week it was preliminary stages hence they were asked to make submissions. Though Rollers included Nato in their travelling squad to Francistown for their game against FC Satmos, they opted not to use following an advise from the legal team

Magosi have made a protest against Popa for using Nato in the Mascom Top 8 semi Final first leg where Popa hammered them 3-1. Immediately after the judgement it will be turn for Gilport Lions protest case against Township Rollers
