The ideal candidate should have a minimum two years’ experience in network support and system administration. A basic knowledge and understanding of retail point of sale systems will be an added advantage.
Job Description
– Install & configure windows servers
– Network support and system administration
– Desktop support
– Planning and implementation of LAN and its devices
– Configuration of point of sale hardware and software
– Network and system security management
– Troubleshoot & repair printers, scanners & fax machines
– Meet customer requirements within turnaround time
– Work towards customer requirements and satisfaction
