Life Skills & Psycho-social Field Facilitator Wanted At Stepping Stones
Re-Advertisement: Part-time Life Skills & Psycho-social Support Field Facilitator. Stepping Stones International is looking for a dynamic, energetic and results driven field facilitator in Tutume, who will implement and monitor SSI’s Orphaned and Vulnerable Children outreach project with in-school youth.
Job Responsibilities
Represent SSI as a professional in the field
Act as liaison with schools and key district stakeholders
Implement the SSI OVC programme in the afternoons rotating sessions between 3-4 schools each week
Monitor sessions daily using M&E tools
Submit weekly reports to the SSI OVC Coordinator
Qualifications
A certificate or Diploma holder in social work, education, psychology or related field
Experience working with youth, particularly OVC
Passionate about making a difference in your community
Self-driven, motivated and youth oriented
Organized, pays attention to details and has an ability to manage time
Responsible, reliable and professional
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Setswana and English
