Botswana’s Khan Makes It To 100 Most Influential Africans In 2015!
New African Magazine returns with the annual list of the Africans who shaped the continent and its diaspora in 2015. This year’s 100 Most Influential People are certainly a diverse bunch, drawn from the continent’s political, economic and social spheres. We are happy and proud that our very own Razia Khan made the 2015 list.
Managing Director at Standard Chartered Bank, United Kingdom, Razia is a well-known commentator on African markets, advising the Bank’s clients on Africa strategy and providing regular updates to African central banks, finance ministries and multilateral institutions. She joined the Bank in 1997. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the Royal Africa Society. Razia has been a Beyond Borders author since August 2013.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics, London School of Economics; MSc in Development, Monetary Economics and International Trade Law. She remains an inspiration for young people in Africa who follow business on the continent.
