Botswana Police Services is seeking for the services of 3 typists, who can provide quality service as well as customer satisfaction to their clients. Vacancy circular no 3 of 2016.

Requirements

National Certificate in Secretarial Studies

Main Purpose.

The primary purpose of the job is to provide general typing services to a group of officers within the different sections of the department.

DUTIES.

1. Typing minutes, letters, reports, notes from manuscripts or other forms of copies and files the same.
2. Produce copies from original scripts provide typing duties to a group of middle management officers on various assignments. Proof reeds only typed work, checks his or her work for correctness and proper layout and makes necessary corrections and amendments.
3. Provides copies from original script.
4. Maintain simple control record/ floating file.
5.Undertake any other duties as may be directed by the management.
