Diamond Trading Company Botswana is the world’s leading diamond sorting and valuing company. They are looking for 3 Chefs to join their organization. The successfull applicants will report to Executive Chef.
Main Purpose Of The Job.
To plan and supervise the production and service of food
Key Performance Areas
•Food preparation and control
•Food and beverage quality control
Qualification
•National Craft Certificate in Hospitality or related field
Experience
•A minimum of 3 years’ experience in catering in either a hotel or canteen environment.
•A detailed hands on knowledge of kitchen and food preparation procedures is essential
