As the Regional Director; Corporate, Industry & Media Relations for Limkokwing Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland Mercy Thebe needs no introduction. A vibrantly driven and focused, hardworking young Motswana, she is a proud product of this country’s government school system. She is one of the pioneering staff of Limkokwing in Botswana at Fairgrounds mall back in 2007, and is always on the social pages of local publications.

1. Mercy Thebe oversees all  Limkokwing University campuses in Africa, being Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland, and very soon Sierra Leone.
2. She received Pioneering Leadership Award presented by Tan Sri Limkokwing, President’s Award for Outstanding, Achievement presented by Tan Sri Limkokwing, President’s Award for Excellence presented by Tan Sri Limkokwing at the Limkokwing Inaugural Graduation in Botswana 19th January 2008 in GICC.
3. Back in the day she was a professional model during her varsity years in Malaysia. Modelling as a main talent for broadcast and print advertisement campaigns for companies such as Coca Cola, Stein Lager, Be-Elements Clothing, Malaysia Airlines and Zouk Club.
4. The beginning of last year this style icon surprised many by shaving off her hair, a style she still rocks even to date.
5. Like any success driven young woman, she has other pioneers that she look up to, among them being her mother Grace Thebe, Kimora Lee Simmons, Basetsana Khumalo, Oprah Winfrey and Linah Mhlohlo.
6. Mercy is a mother of two, a girl and a boy, and as a doting mother, she always makes time for her kids.
7. She famously dated Kwaito star Mapetla and the two have a baby boy together.
8. The two exes have remained united to raise their bundle of joy together minus the drama, and are always seen together supporting their son.
9. A very private woman about her relationship status, she is currently dating Mopati Babutsi and the gentleman cannot help but post pictures of the both of them together.
