Odirile Vee Sento is a local musician who popularized Kwaito Kwasa genre of music, a combination of Kwaito music with a Kwasa Kwasa rhythm and guitar. He is one of the few musicians in Botswana who has managed to stand the test of time. Not only does he do music, he is also a businessman of note and a christian who now infuse his sound with Godly message. The following facts about him will help his fans to get to know him better.

1. Born in 1983, his real name is Odirile Sento.
2. The down-to-earth music star broke into local music circles in 2002 with his debut album dubbed “Lamalanga.” He has over a decade in the industry.
3. The Hukuntsi native is also proving to be enjoying success off stage as a father and an astute businessman with his own mineral water and condoms called Ma-vee-ta and La-Vee respectively.
4. He was recently nominated for the AFRIMA awards together with Game Bantsi aka Zeus for the best Southern African Male Artist.
5. 2007 remains his best year as his first born son Elijah, was born, Elijah will soon have a younger sibling because his wife is expecting.
6. He is the ambassador of the male circumcision campaign, and goes around the country urging men to circumcise.
7. He married his longtime partner, Kagiso De Klerk on May 17 last year in a fully attended ceremony with multitudes of people from all walks of life ranging from entertainment to the business industry.
8. Odirile ‘Vee’ Sento loves cars. He has gone through a number of models so far including Nissan 300 ZX, Hyundai Tiburon, a Nissan 350Z and a Range Rover.
